Configurations range from the simple 2-high rolling mills, for rolling single pieces, to the fully automated reversing Cauffiel rolling mill. We also supply cleaning lines and annealing equipment to complete an entire turnkey rolling mill facility.

2-High Rolling Mill Features

Cauffiel Technologies' 2-High rolling mills feature automated, computerized controls, drive modernizations and hydraulic screwdown. 2-High rolling mills also have anticipatory and DG automatic gauge control (AGC), tolerances of +.0002 inches or + .005 millimeters. They are also designed and built-to-order in new or remanufactured models. Complete engineering and turnkey service is also available.
