Configurations range from the simple 2-high rolling mills, for rolling single pieces, to the fully automated reversing Cauffiel rolling mill. All rolling mills are built to the highest of quality standards for equipment that can produce accurate product to the most demanding of industry specifications. We also supply cleaning lines and annealing equipment to complete an entire turnkey rolling mill facility.

Aluminum Casting Rolling Mill Features

Cauffiel Technologies' aluminum casting rolling mills feature automated, computerized controls, drive modernizations and hydraulic screwdown. Aluminum casting rolling mills also have anticipatory and DG automatic gauge control (AGC), tolerances of +.0002 inches or + .005 millimeters. They are also designed and built-to-order in new or remanufactured models. Complete engineering and turnkey service is also available.
